Electronic signatures and electronic evidence now comprise the every-day bread-and-butter of legal life. Both feature in most types of case across every area of law, and it is now rare for a lawyer to be presented with the facts of a case that does not include an aspect of electronic evidence. The workshop will begin with a one hour information presentation by Stephen Mason, outlining both topics. It will be followed by a Q&A session and a chance for attendees to network. Accredited for 1 CPD point.
About the speaker: Mr. Mason is a member of Middle Temple (called 1988), has his own chambers, and is a consultant with Marsans Advocates & Solicitors. He is editor of the Digital Evidence and Electronic Signature Law Review, and the author of several books, including Electronic Evidence (3rd ed, 2012), Electronic Signatures in Law (3rd ed,2012), and International Electronic Evidence (2008).
